Cosy candle wax melt subscription

Cosy candle is the UK’s number one wax melt subscription box, with different scents being sent to your door each month what is not to love. I always have candle lit in my room and always have a scent burning away in my wax burner so this is perfect for a candle lover like me!

The lovely people over at Cosy Candle sent me over one of their subscription boxes to try which I was very happy about. Each box contains 6 good sized wax melts each month being different scents. Priced at £14.99 for a box it’s a great way of trying different scents and would also be great as a gift.  They even fit through the letter box!!

The six scents I received where peony and blush, fresh linen, amber and ginger, champagne, lemon sherbet and seaweed and juniper.
They all honestly smelt amazing, I loved that the box had a great range of scents to suit everyone and could be used through out all seasons.
The website states they last up to 80 hours and so far they have been living up to thag’ The throw of the candles is amazing it’s strong without being overbearing.


My favourite two where definitely peony and blush and lemon sherbet they both smelt incredible. Peony and blush is such a lovely floral scent and really reminded me of spring, peonies are also my favourite flower so this was perfect for me.
Lemon sherbet on the other hand is amazingly zesty scent it really reminds me of summer it makes my room feel so clean and fresh I love it.

If your a candle lover or know anyone with a birthday coming up who is I would definitely recommend trying this subscription out! They come packaged beautifully and smell heavily, I loved trying this box out!

bolsius garden candles

Bolsius were kind enough to send over some of their new range of garden candles. Bolsius is a brand of candles that I have tried and loved before, I have never been disappointed in any of their products. 

I love sitting in the garden on a summers evening with candles lite, my mum always has little lanterns and candles everywhere so it reminds me of being little. This bank holiday weekend we had family around to celebrate my parents anniversary so it was the perfect excuse to crack open the candles. 

Within the range their are tin candles, glass candles and tealights.

First up is the basil and citronella glass candle, I love the packaging of the glass range its simple yet with it being clear it allows the bright colours of the candles to pop through. The basil is such a lovely fresh and clean scent for the summer without being over powering. Its also a great scent for keeping away mosquitos away in the summer which is perfect. The basil tin candle is equally as lovely, I love the little tins that they come in too. 

Lastly is the citronella and rosemary glass candle, I love the colour of the candle its so bright and summery. This has more of spicy twist on a summer candle but i surprisingly really like it, its not too over powering as its lite in the garden. 

These are the perfect candles for the garden I'd definitely recommend trying them out!

bolsius candles

Bolsius candles are a brand I've tried and loved, their scents are incredible and never disappoint and their packaging is always on point too. I was excited to be sent some more of their products to try!

First up is their exotic mango reed diffuser, I love the bottle of this its quite big and simple which I like as it goes with any decor. The mango scent is quite strong and really does fill the room. This comes in so many different scents I'd love to try fresh linen or juicy orange next! this would also make a great mothers day gift if you know someone who loves candles.

Next is their wax melts in the scents magnolia and fresh linen, I love these the scent lasts for quite a long time for just one max melt. According to Bolsuis a combination of 3 lasts for 25 hours which I think is great. Each individual melt is really easy to break up into smaller pieces to mix and match too. I love mixing scents together to create something new so I'm definitely going to purchase more scents. The fresh linen scent is definitely my favourite!

Last up is the large magnolia aromatic candles I love the size of these candles they arent too big and perfect size to put on your bedside table. The packaging is simple yet quite classic and pretty. The magnolia scent is the perfect floral scent without being too overpowering or strong yet still strong enough to notice when its lite. 

All of Bolsius candles come in a wide range of scents so there is definitely something for everyone, I would definitely recommend trying out their candles if your looking to try something new!

Landon and Tyler Christmas Gifts

Landon Tyler is a brand I've loved for a while now, their candles are amazing and the scents are always incredible. This year they brought out a range of christmas gifts which I was luck enough to be sent two of their sets to try. 

Chesil beach hand set- containing hand wash and hand& body lotion. Combining lavender, bergamot and wood this scent is lovely and fresh and perfect for in the bathroom. Being 300ml each they will also last quite a while so are definitely worth £10 for the set.  I love the packaging for this set it definitely adds a more expensive feel. These would make a lovely stocking filler gift especially for mums or nans or even a secret santa gift. 

Pink cashmere bathing set- this set includes a body lotion, foam bath, diffuser and candle. 

The scent contains jasmine, amber, musk and patchouli it smells quite floral yet fresh and not to over powering. Its such a lovely scent! I love the packaging of the bathing products its simple yet would look lovely out in the bathroom. The candle and diffuser look so much more expensive than they are again they are quite simple yet elegant and would go in any room! This gift set would be perfect for any women in your life, I for one would love to receive this. 

Landon Tyler also do many candle and diffuser gift sets and large candles in so many different amazing scents and are available in boots! They are also on offer at the moment too. I would 100% recommend picking one up.

Landon Tyler Candles

Landon Tyler  is a brand I had previously never heard of, which surprises me as I'm candle obsessed! They claim to be a luxury candle at an affordable price. After using both the candle and the diffuser the past couple of weeks I can definitely agree.

First of all how pretty is the packaging?! I love the simple design and colours, they look a lot more expensive than they are and would look great in any room.

I chose the scent country meadow which contains jasmine, neroli, ylang and musk. I'm not a fan of too strong scents as they give me a headache, but this was perfect it smelt lovely and fresh while still having the subtle hint of musk. This scent would be perfect in a living room as its not too over powering.

My Pure, Rosehip Oil

Its that time of the month again when I review two products from My Pure who if you don't know by now sell a wide variety of natural skincare, haircare and makeup and other bits and bobs to. 

Trilogy Rosehip Oil- Over the years I have heard many good things about Reship Oil and the difference it can have on your skin. I have eczema prone skin which is very dry and dehydrated so this sounded perfect for me . This claims to reduce scars by 41%, stretch marks by 43% and fine lines and wrinkles by 23% while hydrating your skin at the same time. I'm currently using it on a scar I have on my face but haven't been using it long enough yet to see if it makes a real difference as that will take time. 

Overall This has made my skin really soft and a lot less flakey obviously it doesn't stop the eczema from appearing but it keeps it at bay and calms and hydrates the skin (I've been using 3 drops every night for the past week). For me this is definitely worth it. 

Secondly this month I decided to try something I had been eying up on the My Pure website for some time now, which is the Munio Candlea in the scent Jupiter and Limonioum candle - which in essence is Lemongrass and Mint scented. I have to say the scent is a lot stronger than I expected but it smells amazing it leaves a scent in the room without even burning it. The lemongrass is definitely  more prominent out of the two, I think it would make the perfect fresh summer candle, plus how pretty is that packaging! My Pure also has three other Munio Candlea candles which are currently half price for £6.50 which is a bargain.

Haul Haul Haul

I purchased these notebooks and diary quite a while ago now from Homesense who have the range of notebooks! I love anything with quotes on and couldn't resist picking up a few although I didn't need any!

I love love love these Primark pjs I think they were around £9 and they really remind me on Victoria Secret. Cant complain for £9!

Primark £3- The smell of sea salt is one of my favourites so I was very happy to see that Primark had added this scent to their collection, perfect for summer time! I noticed they had a lot of new scents in their last time I popped in.

Soap and Glory Brow Archery- This has been my saviour recently with having dry skin and Eczema on my face especially round my eye area I lost a lot of my eyebrows (yes i literally was left with half an eyebrow) This has been perfect for giving me natural looking eyebrow and the colour match is perfect. 

Baby lips lip balm- Admittedly I do already have 3 of these but for £1 I couldn't leave it there its also lovely and minty to!

Primark £2.50- Im honestly fairly light obsessed and was in need of some plain simples ones and for £2.50 you can't really complain! 

Class Oslen Ramekins - I could honestly walk round this shop all day! I though these were cute for little snacks ( and blog photos of course) and for £1 each I couldn't leave them. 

Jack Wills £2- I mean £2 really I though this vest top would be really cute with a pair of shorts in summer.

I mean how pretty is this I love the snakeskin effect on this bag! Everytime I make a trip to Cheshire Oaks I always end up picking up a Fiorelli bag this was only £29 and I'm in love with it! 

Victoria Secret Amber Romance body spray-  I have been wanting a VS spray for soo long but with no stores that close I've never had the chance to. I went into the new beauty store in Cheshire Oaks and was so happy to see them there and they were only £10! 

The body Shop cleansing oil- I've heard great things about this with having dry skin I prefer using an oil based cleanser so I thought it was about time I checked it out. 

Revlon colour stay foundation- I have been using Nars most days but wanted a cheaper alternative for days when I'm not out for long so I thought I'd give this a try and honestly Ive been picking it up over my Nars foundation most days now!

Primark Lace Up Shoes £8- I bought a pair of lace up flats a couple of months ago from Kurt Geiger in black which are almost identical to these but a lot more expensive, I love the kaki colour I think these would be the perfect edition to any spring wardrobe. 

Fuji Beach Yankee Candle- I picked this up in an outlet store for £5! Such a bargain and I don't know why I only picked up one?! 

I recently picked these up from TK Maxx for £14.99 which for Steve Madden sunglasses I can't complain. 

Lastly I recently ordered these copper string lights from Asos, I don't currently have copper in my bedroom but I when I do I think these will make a lovely edition.
