Need Help Sleeping?

This works dream team- I have read SO many good reviews about these products and i've also had trouble with sleeping so i thought it was about time that i bought a mini version to see if it was worth all the hype. I tried the pillow spray and honestly i couldn't stop sneezing i know this won't be the same for anymore but if anything it made me more fidgety. I didn't find that it got me to sleep any quick than normal but i did feel like i had an all round better sleep once i finally fallen asleep.

Night nurse- now i know this isn't a product that you should be taking regularly at all but on monday nights after having a sleep in for 4 days i really struggle to sleep meaning when i get up at 7am on a tuesday i'm shattered. until i tired night nurse which you take an hour before going to sleep and as soon as my head hits the pillow I'm out like a light! For a short term remedy i would 100% recommend these!
Pillow APP- i only discovered this app this week it allows you to put an alarm on which it then tells you how many hours/ minutes sleep you will have. You then have to place your phone under your pillow were it analyses your sleep! ( i know crazy) once you've woken up it tells you how much percent of your sleep you were in a deep, light or RAM sleep and how long you slept for. I find this really useful for keeping track of how long i've slept and the quality of sleep i'm getting! If you want to pay £4 to upgrade the app you can also listen to voice recording from over the night!

I hope this helped someone of you fellow night owls!

  4. I've tried pillow sprays before but I just find them overpowering and sickly. I've found a few apps that work for sending me off to sleep but I like the sound of the one that records your sleep pattern. Great post!

  5. I've been itching to try those pillow sprays for ages now. I have a little lavender diffuser beside my bed that really helps as well, and that app seems so cool! Gonna download for sure. Great post!
