200g Butter
300g Caster Sugar
1 Large egg
325g self raising flour
200g white chocolate
200g milk chocolate
milk- just incase you need it
1. pre heat over at 200c
2. mix together butter and sugar
3. whisk in egg
4. add flour gradually
5. break up chocolate and add to dough
6. split into small chunks
7. bake for 10 minutes

They look so good. I made some cookies at the end of last year and I was sort of impressed. Especially for a first timer x
