Tanya Burr's cookies!

If you were to know anything about me it would have to be that I'm obsessed with baking! i spend most weekends baking! The thing i make the most is cookie mainly due to the fact my sister loves them, when i saw Tanya had a cookie recipe i had to give it a go!



200g Butter
300g Caster Sugar
1 Large egg
325g self raising flour
200g white chocolate
200g milk chocolate
milk- just incase you need it

1. pre heat over at 200c
2. mix together butter and sugar
3. whisk in egg
4. add flour gradually
5. break up chocolate and add to dough
6. split into small chunks
7. bake for 10 minutes
